These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between JK Kaupat online store and its customers. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions unilaterally, so please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. General<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online store sells products to individuals and companies of legal age in Finland. Product prices include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Ordering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products are ordered on the online store's website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout. All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the order price, shipping costs and the products ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force with each order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To receive an order confirmation, you must provide a valid email address when ordering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use WooPayments\/Klarna, through which you can pay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With online bank payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By card payments (Visa, Mastercard)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By invoice or installment payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery times and methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We deliver orders on weekdays. Shipping costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping costs will be added to the total order amount at checkout. Complaints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the product is damaged in transit or does not match your order, please report the error to our customer service immediately (within 14 days at the latest). If the package is clearly damaged in transit, we recommend that you report the damage to the shipping company immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
